ADA Compliant, Cost-Effective & Exceptional Durability
IronPed’s Detectable Warning Plates comply with the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) requirement for a tactile warning system for the
blind and visually impaired. The series of raised truncated domes are
readily detectable underfoot or by a cane. IronPed’s products are cast
from long-lasting, hard-wearing, corrosion resistant gray iron. They
will last many years with little or no maintenance. The ramps are suitable
for a number of uses: pedestrian crossings, train and subway
platforms, bus stops, curb ramps, and building access areas.
